1. If you do not receive your order on the promised date, then you are free to claim a refund for the total amount you paid.
2. If you are not satisfied with the sample of the work, then you have the right to ask your money back.
3. In case we are not able to commence your work on time, or if we did not start the project at all within 15 days, then you will get the entire amount back.
4. By canceling your order within 24 hours after making the payment, you will get your all money back.
5. If we complete only half of the work and you are not satisfied with it, then you can ask us to stop the project at that moment, and we will initiate refund accordingly.
1. You will be charged 50% of the total fees on Bulk SEO content writing until you approve the mock writing. After you approve the work and we have started working on it, you will get no refund in that case.
2. If you ask for a refund after we have completed the given work, then no refund will be provided in such case. Cancellation can be made during the time of progress, but we will deduct the amount for the work already completed by our team.
3. If you provide us with the incorrect information about the project and after receiving it, you are unsatisfied and ask for a refund, then, in that case, money will not be returned.
4. If you are found violating our company policy, then we can terminate your work at that moment and give you no refund in such case.

Our refund department is working Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and may take at least three business days to process your request.
